I was born in Sandpoint as was my father. I consider myself a true native to this area. I graduated from Sandpoint High in the 70’s. I have one son, who was also born and raised in Sandpoint. After graduating I worked for Ceda-Pine Veneer in the timber industry for about 10 years. I have worked for Bonner County in the Treasures office. I worked at North Idaho Animal Hospital for a number of years thus increasing my love for animals. I worked for Williams and Parsons as the Payroll Accountant. I am certified in QuickBooks Accounting.

I bought a home and moved to Pondery in 1994. I accepted the position of City Clerk in 2009. I have always loved our little part of the world and have always loved the fact that we live in a place that is so wonderful and has so much to offer. Others come from thousands of miles away just to visit and play, but we get to live here. We have a lot of transitions ahead and a great future for this area in our hands. With a “What can I do to make things better?” attitude, I look forward to being a part of our Little City’s Big Future.
