File UP17-035 – Industrial Use in Commercial Zone – The City of Ponderay is requesting special use permit approval to develop a commercially zoned parcel with a light industrial use (metal fabrication) as is allowed by Ponderay City Code.  The property is located off Triangle Drive near its intersection with Schweitzer Plaza Drive in Section 11, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian.

File UP16-031 – Daycare Center– Bonner Mall Partnership is requesting special use permit approval to operate a 24-hour daycare facility. The proposed lessee is Little Fit Daycare. The site is located in the east end of the Bonner Mall (Suites 81, 96 and 97) between Sears and Bonner Mall Cinemas in the former North Idaho College location. Primary access is provided by Bonner Mall Way, in Section 11, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian.

File AX16-013 – Annexation Request – Thomas Clark is requesting annexation into the City of Ponderay. The subject property is located at the intersection of West Bronx Road and Highway 95 in Sections 35/36, Township 58 North, Range 2 West, B.M.  The current land use of the site is a Cedar building materials sales yard. The applicant is proposing to be annexed into the city of Ponderay with a Commercial zoning district designation. The property is currently located in unincorporated Bonner County and is zoned Rural 5.

File CA16-011 – Comprehensive Plan Amendment The City of Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission will consider an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan of Ponderay to add a Greenbelts and Pathways plan as an appendix to the Comprehensive Plan. Amendments include a modification of the Land Use, Natural Recourses, Transportation, Community Design, and Parks and Recreation components for the purpose of referencing the Greenbelts and Pathways Plan as applicable.
